Roroak Return & Refund Policy

At Roroak, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to help with a clear and simple return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Undamaged and free from signs of wear
  • Returned with its original packaging, if applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at service@roroak.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • The reason for your return request
  • Photos of the item, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, wrong size, wrong selection, or other customer-related reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Roroak will provide assistance and cover the necessary return or replacement cost where applicable.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product issue.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at service@roroak.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number. Once confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order once your return request has been approved or refunded.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

If a discount code was used on the original order, the refund amount will be based on the discounted purchase price.
