At Roroak, we work to process and ship orders within the timeframes listed below. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays.
2. Order Processing Time
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (MT)
Processing Time: 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $69 or more before taxes, discounts, or additional fees, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time = processing time + transit time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update in the carrier’s system after shipment.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@roroak.com with your order number.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and help provide an appropriate solution.
6. Changes to Your Order
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@roroak.com.
We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
